Will the Core team pay for 8+million pioneers for there KYC?

I do not understand their intentions.
First this KYC as it is now, will newer end - simply impossible.
Second - they could use even now Yoti in free version, but I suppose they're lazy - you can select your data and give access to another person - free of any charge.
